48 states and the District of Columbia are members of CSLP. All public libraries in member states are included in our membership. Please direct specific questions to your State Representative.

Current CSLP members may contact the Administrative Services Agency regarding the CSLP listserv, current minutes for the Executive Committee or Annual Meeting or other questions regarding CSLP.

Membership Eligibility: Only public libraries, as defined by the Federal State Cooperative System, are eligible for full and unrestricted membership in CSLP. To apply click here
